MadFish.ai Partner Program Terms
1. Commission Structure: Partners earn commission based on their tier level (10%, 15%, or 20%) on qualified leads that become paying customers. Commissions are paid for 12 months from the client's signup date or until the client cancels the subscription.
2. Lead Exclusivity: Registered leads receive 6-month exclusivity protection. During this period, MadFish.ai will not work with other partners on the same prospect.
3. Payment Terms: Commission payments are processed on the 15th of each month for commissions earned 2 months prior. Payments are made via your selected payment method (PayPal).
4. Tier Progression: Partner tiers are automatically calculated based on total MRR from active clients. Tier changes are reflected in the following month's commissions.
5. Legacy Commission: Premier tier partners with 5+ clients active for 12+ months unlock an additional 5% lifetime commission on those clients.
6. Qualified Leads: A lead is considered qualified when the prospect has: (a) annual revenue of $1M+, (b) existing e-commerce operations, and (c) demonstrated interest in MadFish.ai services.
7. Partner Responsibilities: Partners must accurately represent MadFish.ai services, comply with all applicable laws, and maintain professional standards in all interactions.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Commissions for existing clients will continue to be paid according to the original terms.
9. Confidentiality: Partners agree to keep all non-public information about MadFish.ai, its clients, and business practices confidential.
10. Modifications: MadFish.ai reserves the right to modify program terms with 30 days notice to active partners.
