Who can become a partner?
We're looking for agencies, consultants, and technology partners who work with e-commerce businesses. You should have an established client base and understanding of e-commerce operations.
How does lead exclusivity work?
When you register a lead, it's exclusively yours for 6 months. We won't work with other partners on that prospect during this period. If the lead converts, you earn commissions. Exclusivity can be extended if needed.
When do I get paid?
Commission payments are processed on the 15th of each month for commissions earned 2 months prior. For example, January commissions are paid in March. Payments are made via PayPal.
What is the legacy commission?
Premier tier partners who have 5+ clients that remain active for 12+ months unlock an additional 5% lifetime commission on those clients. This continues as long as the client remains a MadFish.ai customer.
Can I track my leads and commissions?
Yes! Every partner gets access to a real-time dashboard where you can register leads, track their status, view commission history, and see upcoming payments. Full transparency, always.
What support do partners receive?
All partners work with a dedicated Channel Account Manager (CAM) who helps close deals, answers technical questions, and supports your leads. You also get access to sales materials, demo accounts, and co-branded marketing resources.
